100 Activities in 100 Days
Over the next 100 days I’ll attempt 100 different activities. It might be something low-key like a slow walk or even just a session of stretching. Other times it may be a bit more intense but it will be different in 100 ways. I’m definitely no Evel Knievel, not yet.
Some days may involve nothing new to tick off the list and other days I might knock off a few. I haven’t planned anything and really looking to it being very organic.
Do you get really bored doing the same thing all the time?
Whether that be having the same breakfast every morning, watching the same shows on tv, even associating with similar sorts of people.
I know routine is great and I love it too (sometimes) but growth is important too. Being stimulated in different ways really promotes diversity of thought and a fuller experience both physically and mentally.
