SuperBand Bicep Curl
The SuperBand Bicep Curl is a great, easy exercise to workout the front of the upper arms (biceps).
Stand with feet shoulder width apart and holding band tightly in both hands as in Scene 1.
Bend at both elbows while keeping your upper arms as still as possible as in Scene 2.
Hold for 1 to 2 seconds at the top of the movement.
Return to start position as in Scene 1. This is 1 repetition.
