The SuperBand Ab Twist works the muscles in abdominal region and core.

Lay on your back with knees slightly bent while holding the band tight with both hands across the middle of your trunk as in Scene 1.
Twist your trunk by moving your right elbow to touch your left knee as in Scene 2.
Hold for 1 to 2 seconds at the top of the movement.
Return to start position as in Scene 3.
Repeat to your right side as in Scene 4.
Return to start position as in Scene 3. This is 1 repetition
