Stand with your left leg forward with the band around the middle of your left foot while holding the band tight in your right hand and elbow flexed as in Scene 1.
Twist your shoulders and extend your right arm across to the left side of your body as in Scene 2.
Hold for 1 to 2 seconds.
Return to start position as in Scene 1. This is 1 repetition.
Complete desired amount of repetitions then repeat to your opposite side.
