SuperBand Standing Alternate Row exercise to blast those shoulder muscles but also give the biceps a workout at the same time.

Instructions

Lay on your back while holding the band tight with both hands around the middle of your trunk as in Scene 1.
Straighten your left leg while moving both hands move to either side of your left knee as in Scene 2. Hold for 1 to 2 seconds at the top of the movement
Return to start position as in Scene 3.
Repeat to your right side as in Scene 4.
Return to start position as in Scene 3. This is 1 repetition
