Instructions

Stand with your left leg forward and holding the band in your right hand while it is wrapped around the middle of your right foot as in Scene 1.
Twist at your shoulders and hips while moving your right arm as in Scene 2 and Scene 3.
Hold for 1 to 2 seconds.
Return to start position as in Scene 1. This is 1 repetition
Complete desired amount of repetitions then repeat to your opposite side.

Lay on the ground with your back straight,leaning slightly forward and knees slightly bent. Hold your band with both hands while pulling it tight around the middle of your feet as in Scene 1.
Bend backwards at your hips while keeping your back straight as in Scene 2.
Hold for 1 to 2 seconds.
Return to start position as in Scene 1. This is 1 repetition.

Instructions

Stand with left leg forward while holding band with both hands. Band is wrapped behind your back at about chest level as in Scene 1. Right arm is extended and left arm flexed with both arms on the outside of the band.
Keeping feet in same position switch with right arm now flexed and left arm extended as in Scene 2.
Return to start position as in Scene 1. This is 1 repetition.

Instructions

Stand with feet shoulder width apart with band underneath the middle of both feet and held with both hands in front of your body just below waist level as in Scene 1.

Lift both arms with hands to about chest level as in Scene 2.
Hold for 1 to 2 seconds.
Return to start position as in Scene 1. This is 1 repetition.

Stand with feet shoulder width apart while holding band tight with both hands just below chest level as in Scene 1.
Twist to your left side as in Scene 2.
Hold for 1 to 2 seconds.
Return to start position as in Scene 3.
Repeat to your right side as in Scene 4.
Return to start position as in Scene 3. This is 1 repetition
